Quail Run Farm Open Cross-Country Schooling

 

March 1st, 2026 9AM-3PM

 

The cross-country course at Quail Run Farm will be open for schooling Sunday March 1st from 9AM to 3PM. No prior registration required. Please park on the gravel pad in the back (use the west driveway). Check in will be in the garage of the main house. Negative coggins and signed release required (release needs to be signed by parent for riders under the age of 18). Pay by venmo (Janice Walling @quailrunfarm), cash or check.

 

$40 per horse and rider combination

$25 for hacking only (no jumping)

Niki for LEASE

Natiki SG “NIki” Reg Oldenburg Mare 17 2h. Professionally trained to second level. I am physically unable to ride my favorite mare due to new hips and my age.
I would be willing to LEASE her to an experienced rider at Quail Run Farm.
These photos were taken when my niece Sarah, who was on vacation from England, rode her for the first time in a year!  Niki enjoys hopping over fun stuff. Her daughter Gracie 5y is sitting on her.
I am IN SEARCH OF a small, comfortable, serviceably sound14-16 h horse. Without huge movement. Suitable to hack around our farm, and practice lower-level dressage but not compete.
